Hello again everyone! It's been a good bit since my last blog and a lot has changed. I'm just past the middle part of my season and already I've watched my time drop below 16:00 twice at Flrunners and Pre-State. This is a very encouraging sign to me since my training hasn’t started to ease up at all, and that at this time last year I hadn't gone sub 16 once.

But with all of that behind me, I now am looking towards Disney this upcoming weekend where I will face great competition and then transition into my district, regional, and (the season highlight for me) the 3A state meet on November 7th. My goal that I set out at the beginning of this year is starting to look more possible than ever before and I can’t wait to see how fast I will actually run come states.

Our team is progressing very well also, and I’m getting excited seeing how our regional meet is going to stack up.
